How does the catalog cap work?

Each tier covers a maximum number of items live in your catalog at once. The cap is the only capacity meter on the plan. If your active catalog grows past the cap, new items are held until you remove existing items or move up a tier; updates to existing items keep flowing.

Is there a per-search charge?

No. The flat tier price covers shopper search. There's no monthly query meter and no overage. See the fair-use note below for the one situation where we'd reach out about traffic.

What about ingest? Are catalog syncs metered?

No. Push your full catalog, run continuous syncs from Shopify, replay edits: none of it counts against a monthly quota. The cap is on how many items you keep live, not how many times you update them.

What does the Intelligence lookback mean?

How far back the Intelligence page can range when it draws the demand heatmap and the demand-vs-supply table. Starter shows the last 7 days; Growth, 30; Pro, 90; Scale, a full year. The underlying query data is retained behind the scenes, so moving up a tier opens the longer window without losing history.

Is there a fair-use limit?

Yes, lightly. The tiers are sized for typical Shopify shop traffic. If your activity is sustained well above what we see on similar-sized catalogs on the same tier, we'll reach out. Usually that means moving up a tier or talking through Enterprise. We don't publish per-account numeric limits and we don't impose surprise monthly cutoffs; we do apply protective measures if something is materially affecting the platform for other customers (bots, runaway scripts, that kind of thing). Monthly or annual?

Both intervals exist on every tier. Annual is priced at the monthly rate times ten (two months free for committing for the year). Caps and capabilities are identical on both intervals.

Can I switch tiers?

Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, on Starter. 14 days with your card on file. Nothing's charged during the trial; on day 15 your card is billed for the first month at $49 and the plan switches to live billing. Cancel any time from the dashboard before then to avoid the charge.

Growth, Pro, and Scale bill from day one. If you want to evaluate one of the higher tiers, start on Starter or get in touch.

What support is included?

Every paid tier comes with email support. Pro adds priority email support and a 99.9% uptime SLA; Scale takes that to 99.95% and adds a dedicated Slack channel on top of email. Enterprise is custom.
