§01 Pricing

Commit for the discount.
Overage for the flexibility.

Three tiers. Each reserves a monthly volume on each billable axis. If you go past your commit, usage keeps flowing and bills automatically at your tier's unit rate. No cliffs, no forced tier-jumps. Upgrade when the next tier's volume plus its lower unit rates outweigh its base fee.

Tier 01

Starter

$ 49 /mo

Billed monthly

Start on Starter
  • 10,000 queries / month
  • 1,000 ingest operations / month
  • 200 intelligence operations / month
  • Up to 2,500 items
  • Intelligence API enabled
  • Community support · 99.9% uptime SLA
Tier 03

Scale

$ 999 /mo

Billed monthly

Start on Scale
  • 1,000,000 queries / month
  • 100,000 ingest operations / month
  • 20,000 intelligence operations / month
  • Up to 250,000 items
  • Image search included
  • Intelligence API included
  • Slack & phone support · 99.95% uptime SLA
§02 Onboarding

A populated map
before you touch your commit.

Every tier opens with a one-time onboarding credit. Upload your full catalog and backfill your trailing 90 days of query history on us, before a single monthly quota starts counting. Longer history is importable at your tier's overage rate.

Catalog upload
Query backfill
Starter
2,500 items
30,000 queries
Pro
25,000 items
300,000 queries
Scale
250,000 items
3,000,000 queries
§03 Overage

No cliffs.
No forced upgrades.

If your usage goes past your commit, nothing stops working. Overage bills automatically at your tier's unit rate, itemized on your invoice.

The only reason to upgrade is when the higher tier's bulk rate plus base fee costs you less than staying put and paying overage. Your dashboard surfaces that crossover when it arrives.

§05 Questions

Plain-English answers.

What counts as a query?

Any call to the /v1/items/search endpoint from your backend. Whether a shopper typed a phrase, dropped in a photo, or spoke a query out loud, it counts as one query.

What counts as an ingest operation?

Any item update that changes the content we prepare for search: title, description, or images. Metadata-only updates (price, stock, your own SKU labels, anything in the pass-through metadata blob) don't count toward your ingest quota.

What if I don't use my full monthly commit?

You still pay the base fee. The tier is a commitment: bulk unit rate in exchange for reserved capacity. Unused volume doesn't roll over to next month.

What happens if I exceed my commit?

Usage keeps flowing. Overage bills automatically at your tier's unit rate, itemized on the invoice. No service interruption, no automatic tier-up.

Monthly vs. annual?

Monthly pays every month and lets you change tier at any time. Annual prepays the base fee at roughly 17% off and locks the tier for twelve months. Overage bills monthly at the same unit rate either way.

Can I switch tiers?

Upgrades take effect immediately, with a new cycle starting from the switch date. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.

Is there a free tier or a trial?

Not today. The onboarding credits do the job instead: enough to upload your full catalog and backfill your trailing 90 days of query history at no cost, so the map is populated and useful before you've spent a dollar on monthly usage. If you've got more than 90 days of history you want to seed, you can still import it; overage bills at your tier's query rate.

What support is included?

Every paid tier carries an uptime SLA: 99.9% on Starter and Pro, 99.95% on Scale. Starter is otherwise self-serve (community channels, docs, email for billing questions). Pro adds email support. Scale adds dedicated Slack and phone support. Enterprise is custom.
