When to expect a reply.
We aim to respond to [email protected] within one business day, often sooner. Confirmed security reports to [email protected] get an immediate response.
If you've sent us a message and haven't heard back within two business days, it's worth resending. Occasionally a message gets caught in a filter on either side.
